Information On Our 2012 Old European Road Trip

The requirements are simple.  First, the ability and desire to play baseball in a unique international setting.  Second, an interest in international goodwill and sportsmanship (e.g. if you swing the bat at the ump after a called strike three, please try rotisserie baseball).  Third, a historical interest in the sites, sounds, and images of past and present Old Europe.  Sound interesting?

What’s involved in this once in a lifetime opportunity? First, you will depart America on June 22nd and arrive in Budapest the next day where you'll make your way to our team hotel. After a night of rest, we will begin our baseball exploits playing six to seven games against veteran Hungarian, Austrian and Czech teams including playing in the 2012 Prague International Baseball Cup against teams from across Europe.   We will also spend the non-game daytime hours sightseeing in Budapest, Vienna and Prague where we will visit many historical sites as outlined in our schedule.
