 International Goodwill Rules

Games are 9 innings unless both teams agree to 7 innings at the start of the game.

Games are goodwill rules, but can teams may play full rules as long as they both agree and inform the umpires before the game.

No passed balls, stolen bases, balks, wild pitches, or dropped third strikes.

bullet

Courtesy runners are allowed for injured base runners and catchers. The player making the last out must be the courtesy runner. If you can't run to first base, then you don't bat and cost your team an out.

Pitchers are not allowed to attempt a pick-off from the mound.

bullet

Bunting is allowed in sacrifice situations only and no squeeze/suicide plays are allowed.  There is no fake bunting, drag bunting, or bunting with a runner on 3rd.

Batting is continuous with everyone batting and the man on deck when the last one is made becoming the lead off hitter the next game.

bullet

A 15 run rule after 5 full innings and 10 run rule after 7 innings as pitching and players will be at a premium during the tournament.
